Queen Jackson Ministries Soul Session
This Spirit and Wellness Coaching Contract is a formal document that outlines the terms and expectations of the coaching relationship between Queen Jackson Ministries (the Coach) and the Client. It is designed to foster mutual understanding, protect both parties, and ensure a productive, faith-based coaching experience.
Purpose:

  • To define the scope of services offered by the Christian Life Coach.

  • To set clear expectations around scheduling, confidentiality, and conduct.

  • To ensure the coaching relationship aligns with Christian values and biblical principles.

  • To establish a framework for accountability, spiritual growth, and personal development in the Client’s journey.

  • Queen Jackson Ministries does not require a set payment for spiritual wellness services. However, clients are welcome to give monetary offerings as they feel led and are able. These offerings help support the ongoing work of the ministry and are received with gratitude.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Both coach and client agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions.

Client Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited session.

Coach Cancellations: If the coach cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be rescheduled with a complimentary session added if necessary.

Consistency and respect for each other’s time is valued and appreciated.

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's written consent, except as required by law.

The Client understands that QJ Ministries operates as a Certified Wellness Ministry by helping women achieve their personal health and wellness goals by providing support, accountability, and guidance. QJ Ministries take a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on areas such as:

*Physical activity

*Stress management

*Sleep

*Work-life balance

*Emotional health

*Lifestyle habits

QJ Ministries is not a licensed counseling or therapy program and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions but can work alongside other healthcare providers.  QJ Ministries is a collaborative process that focuses on biblical principles, goal setting, and accountability.

Both Coach and Client agree to:

- Be on time and fully present for each session.

- Communicate openly and honestly.

- Uphold Christian values and mutual respect.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

Free Will Giving
QJ Ministry believes that each and every client is sent by God, therefore our focus is on being led by Holy Spirit to serve where needed. Clients who are compel to sow into this ministry can do so by the following platforms.
