We require 2 ID photos and copy of the players birth certificate. This will be kept in a file and used for league registration as well as tournaments.
Registration fees for 2026 is R1150 once off for the year. This will include 1 full kit (top shorts and socks) and an extra T-shirt for away as well as academy and league registration costs in the SLFA (Southers Local Football Association- academy players) and Junior Soccer League (JSL) for development players. Players will also receive 2 training T-shirts. Please note referees fees and transport costs are the responsibility of the player and is excluded from this cost. All tournament fees are excluded from this as well. All registration fees to be paid by the 31st January 2026. This amount needs to be paid in cash only *
2026 Fee Breakdown:February 2026 to November 2026 - R600 per month per month.Monthly fees is R600 per month per player. Academy fee is payable by latest the last day of the month. This can be paid via eft or cash and proof of payment must be sent to 083 608 6906 or email to accounts@holaskokogroup.com. Should this not be paid Hola Skoko reserves the right to exclude the player from training sessions and matches. Any player that wishes to leave the academy for whatever reason during the season must give 1 calendar months written notice in which fees including that month must be up to date. Fees are payable regardless of whether the player has been in training as the academy trains throughout the year ie. Exam time, holidays etc. fees are paid before the month starts *

Selection of players for the academy team , pre-academy team or development teams. The selection process for the various teams is completely unbiased and takes into account the best possible conditions for the individual players development as well as the combination of team importance for that specific player in his/hers specific position. We will select teams fairly and will communicate with parents on where the player needs to improve. We will not force league games if the player is not ready. Academy, pre-academy and Development team training will happen twice a week. Academy and pre-academy teams are made up from players across all of our branches. *
Indemnity - You agree Hola Skoko shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness or death howsoever caused, suffered by yourself or your child as a result, directly or indirectly, of participating in the sporting activities and Hola Skoko shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage (including indirect or consequential loss and/or damage) arising therefrom. You hereby indemnify Hola Skoko, its employees and agents against any claims of any nature by any person(s) relating to the aforegoing matters.You agree to grant the indemnity contained herein to Hola Skoko, provided that every reasonable precaution will be taken by us for the safety and welfare of your child and for the care of his property and/or possessions.By accepting these terms, you authorise HolaSkoko in charge of the particular sporting activity in which your child is to participate, to act “in loco parentis”(in the place and stead of a parent) during the course of the sporting activities. You agree and accept that, in the event of an emergency, this authorisation may include arranging for urgent medial care or treatment of your child, without your prior consent, although we will take all reasonable steps to notify you as soon as possible of any such incident.In addition to the general indemnity granted above, you specifically agree and acknowledge that, by participating in the sporting activities, your child may be exposed to, and potentially contract, the coronavirus and / or other infectious diseases and that this is beyond our reasonable control. While we agree to put reasonable measures in place to mitigate against the risk of such infection, you indemnify and hold Hola Skoko its employees and agents harmless in respect of any claim by any person relating to any personal injury, illness or death arising from such infection.You grant permission to Hola Skoko to utilise photographs of your child obtained at any of the sporting activities on social media as well as in any advertising material that HolaSkoko utilises in order to promote its brand; provided that same shall relate solely and exclusively to the specific sporting activity/coaching programme in which the child has participated. *
Transport Indemnity - It is the responsibility of the player/parent to arrange transport to and from training. If a Hola Skoko representative transports any players/parents whether for training or matches, Hola Skoko representatives and management shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury in said transport. We are happy to assist wherever we can but please do not take advantage of this
