Registration - The North Park Community Church Disc Golf Course Opening Day Event

This is the registration for the opening day event of the NPDGC, celebrating a new addition to the Fort Wayne disc golf scene.

Please choose the division that you'd like to participate in. This division will apply for ALL events that you selected above. *
General Information:
OPENING CEREMONY: 10:00am
- Please show up, check in and pay the entry fee (on location) BEFORE 10:00am.
         - Cash or Card is accepted.

18 HOLE TOURNAMENT: 10:15am
- Play through the 9 holes on the course, keeping score on a provided paper score card.
        - Top 3 lowest scores in each division will win a choice of a FREE DISC.

LUNCH BREAK 12:30pm - 1:30pm
- Please bring a lunch to eat at the pavilion, or use this time to grab lunch and come back!
- Snacks and beverages will be provided.
- Course is open for play during lunch. Enjoy!

DISTANCE COMPETITION (Beginner Division): 1:45pm
CTP COMPETITION (Advanced Division): 1:45pm
- These events will take place at the same time, split by division.
- Top performers in each event will take home a FREE DISC!

CTP COMPETITION (Beginner Division): 2:00pm
DISTANCE COMPETITION (Advanced Division): 2:00pm
- These events will take place at the same time, split by division.
- Top performers in each event will take home a FREE DISC!

BATTLE PUTTS!: 2:45pm
- ALL participants (both divisions) will gather and battle it out on the putting green!
       - This event will be explained more clearly on the day of the event!
- The last one standing will receive a FREE DISC!

OPEN PLAY:
- After all scheduled events, the course is open and free to play for anyone. Enjoy!
