2026 Quaker Center Camp registration

Hooray for Quaker Center Camp! 

This year, we will hold two sessions of camp:

Session 1: June 14-20 for rising 5th to rising 7th graders
Session 2: June 21-28 for rising 8th to rising 10th graders

Both camps will have a 3-4:30 p.m. camper drop-off time and a 10:30-12 pick-up. 

This form should be filled out by a parent or guardian. Please fill out one form per camper. 

Camp Scholarship forms will be available later this year in April - please indicate below if you are planning on applying for a 'Campership' and we will keep you posted as to the date. 

Camp registration will close at the end of the day on Saturday, June 6th, 2026. 

Don't forget to hit 'submit' at the bottom of the form when you're done.

For decades, Quaker Center Camps have been a welcoming space of joy, kindness and unconditional acceptance for kids. The American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) began holding overnight summer camps for children and young people at the Ben Lomond Quaker Center in 1949. We are happily carrying that legacy forward by offering Quaker camps to all campers (Quaker and otherwise), based in community, service work, friendship, fun and the Quaker testimonies of Peace, Integrity, Equality and Simplicity.

Registration payment and scholarships

This year, the per-camper cost at Quaker Center Camp is $1,000.

We are requesting a minimum family contribution of $200 per camper.

Some Camp scholarship funds from the Pacific Yearly Meeting Youth Programs Fund will available. Applications for these funds will be available in April of this year - please indicate below if you are interested in applying for a 'campership' and we will keep you posted as to when application forms will be available.

If you're part of a Quaker Meeting that has a Quaker Center Annual Meeting Pass, your camper can use the Pass towards $300 of a camper's registration fee. 

Please let us know how you will cover the camp registration cost.

By June 1st, 2026, please send a deposit of 50% of the amount that you will contribute (aside from scholarships).

The balance of your registration fee can be mailed by check, sent to us using PayPal, or by bringing cash or a check when you drop your camper(s) off here in June!
