All homeowners who are current on their dues have the ability to rent the clubhouse.  The cost is $50 per day.
 Please allow 48-72 hours for all responses.  If you are requesting a date more than 30 days out there is a $100 refundable deposit.  Any cancellations made in less than a week from the event may result in a cancellation fee.
