2023-24 TFA STL Aspiring School Leaders Fellowship Nomination Form
Teach For America St. Louis' Aspiring School Leaders Fellowship is a competitive nine-month program designed to help build a stronger principal pipeline in STL and to help schools develop and retain their leadership bench.
This cohort is open to both TFA alumni and non-alumni. Ideal fellows are teachers and mid-level leaders interested in school leadership in the next 1-3 years. Preference will be given to those who have at least four years of teaching experience and currently are teaching, or in a mid-level leadership role (dean, instructional coach, AP), or are enrolled in a full-time grad school program working towards principal certification.
