For the 10th edition of the Romanian !MPRO Festival, Joe Bill has an idea for a show that is an artistic reflection of how we are and who we are as improvisers right now:

„It will be a longform, based on the talents and tastes of the selected performers. It may incorporate our collective state of coming together out of the pandemic, celebration of re-connection, use of mother tongues, acknowledgement of whatever is happening in the world at the moment... possibly a First act performed live and a Second act that completes the story as The Bat (in the dark, theater of the mind).”

Joe is looking for 5 people from 5 different countries.

Who is the ideal candidate?
* People with acting experience
* People not afraid to experience that which is traumatic in the world - this will be something you’ll be playing in the show
* People who look for comedy as a consequence of human interaction rather than comedy as the goal of the show;
* People looking to explore themes like - what do we all do to keep ourselves from going insane
