The purpose of the collection is to manage the registration and attendance of the event. The evaluation form will be sent to the email address provided in this registration form at the end of the event. The photos taken during the seminar may be posted on social media or the departmental website. Your data will be used solely by the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, Mahidol University.
