1: You will be able to build out your own booth, I would suggest however to keep it to a Steampunk or a Victorian theme for the booth build if you can (think wood and brass) even if you are displaying in the "Future Inventions" wing. The Exhibition is taking place in New Babbage which is set in the 1880's. If you can't build your own booth, not to worry, there will be a standard booth available to use.
2: You must have a single "Showpiece" exhibit, preferably on a stand, in your booth, it's the "Great Exhibition" and is more leaning towards showing off the latest and greatest creations with the intent of the showpiece of attracting people to your vendor. The "Showpiece" will also be an event exclusive, however, you can sell it in your own store after the Exhibition has closed. The "Showpiece" item will be front and centre at your booth area and marked (via a sign for instance) that its your Event Showpiece, in other words, it will be your showcase piece to attract attention, this was the whole idea of the original Great Exhibition, it was first and foremost a "Showcase" event, with the shops being secondary.
3: A max of one gatcha per booth as this is not a gatcha event.
4: Special guideline for sponsor booths in the Central Lobby - You basically have no height restriction apart from the height of the roof...the central lobby booths would be perfect to showcase a flying item.
5: Designer set up deadline will be by Feb 28th at 12 noon with set up week starting on Saturday the 22nd. This will be a blog/vlog covered event and org's like Seraphim will be around on build week to take pictures of the event and booths on the deadline date, so you MUST make sure your booth (and the exclusive event item) is placed out by that point in time. Also, this February is a leap year, so Feb the 29th (the extra day) will be used by myself and event staff for a quick look around the building and booths before the main opening the day after.
6: The item{s} you exhibit and sell MUST be you, or your brand's creation.
7: No adult items on display (its an M rated region)
8: No auto give landmark or notecard givers please, touch-based only givers and chatters.
9: The event will be taking place on the ground level of a 12 region city. For build week (Feb 22nd to Feb 28th) the sim will be locked to group access only to avoid people wandering around while you are building.
