2020 NERW Membership Application
All individuals who are involved in or associated with the romance writing profession, who have attained the age of 18, and who agree to accept the purposes of this organization and to faithfully observe and be bound by the bylaws of this organization are eligible to apply for membership.
NERW's annual membership dues for 2020 are $5, payable by cash, check, or PayPal. Dues are not prorated for members who join later in the year.
Individuals who were members of NECRWA as of 11:59pm on 9/30/2020 do not need to apply for membership in NERW in 2020 unless you wish to change membership status, and do not have to pay dues. Individuals who were members of NECRWA at any time during 2020 but were not members of NECRWA as of 11:59pm on 9/30/2020 must complete this application but do not need to pay dues. Individuals who were not members of NECRWA at any time during 2020 must complete this application and pay 2020 dues.

Membership Classifications - Descriptions
General membership in NERW is open to all persons seriously pursuing a romance fiction writing career. General Members will need to certify as to their serious pursuit.
Associate membership in NERW may be granted to persons who have an interest in writing or have a connection to the romance genre but who do not meet the qualifications for General membership. Examples include, but are not limited to, romance readers, reviewers, bloggers, reviewers, agents, editors, and publishers, as well as librarians, book sellers, and non-career-focused romance writers.
Anyone who meets the General membership qualifications will not be disqualified from holding General membership by virtue of also belonging to one of the categories listed under the description of Associate membership, above.
