Champions Barbecue Alliance Kid's Que
Participants will cook a beef steak, provided by the promotor.
Points System: The Kids Que points chase will align with the
CBA points structure, running from December 1 to November 30 annually. To be
eligible for points, participants must pay an annual membership fee of $25.
This membership provides access to tracking points and standings throughout the
competition year.
Participants will be placed in a division based on
their age as of December 1 of the competition year.
Competition Guidelines: Participants must prepare entries
sufficient for six judges. The following specifications apply:
No garnish allowed. Foil must be placed at the bottom of the
tray.
