Online Library Card Application (Adult)
At this time, we are only accepting online applications for adult library cards. This means you must be 18 years or older to submit an application. When the library re-opens after the Covid-19 pandemic, we ask that you come in to complete the sign-up form in-person before checking out our physical materials.
Your library card may be used at the West Custer County Library District. It is for your own personal use. You are responsible for all materials borrowed or charges incurred on your library card. Please report lost or stolen cards immediately to prevent unauthorized use.
As a new patron, for the first 3 months of your library membership you will be limited to a total of 5 check outs, 3 of which can be DVDs.
The library charges fines for materials kept past the due date, and reserves the right to refuse further service until overdue materials are returned and account balances are paid.
Fines are as follows:
NEW Books/Audio Books: $.25 per day per item up to $10.00
DVDs $.50 per day per item up to $10.00
There is a one day grace period for overdue items.
*If you have a history of fines, damaged or lost items, the number of items you are allowed to check out will be limited.*
Please report any change in name, address, or other information as soon as possible.
