Filipino American History Month Celebration 2020 – Community Partner Form
On behalf of the Filipino American Arts Exposition (FAAE), we would like to sincerely THANK YOU for your participation as a COMMUNITY PARTNER at this year’s Filipino American History Month Celebration with Mayor London N Breed! The event will take place virtually via livestream on facebook, youtube and twitter on Wednesday, October 21 at 5:30pm.

This form will take the place of a Letter of Agreement and will be used to confirm your role as COMMUNITY PARTNER of Filipino American History Month Celebration 2020. As a Community Partner, your organization will be recognized in our social media posting and in the acknowledgment slide at the end of the livestream.
