TICKETS by DONATION: $20 - $75 per adult, sliding scale (includes catered lunch, soak+swim. Kids free, + limited volunteer spots available).
ARRIVAL & PARKING: When you arrive, you'll check in with the Gate Host who will direct you. Please arrive with plenty of time to park, get the lay of the land, take a walking tour, or maybe go for a dip before we gather for our circle & talk, which begins promptly at 11am.
FLOW OF THE DAY: We've purposefully designed in time at both the beginning and the end of our day to be self-directed, where we can simply enjoy the land, relax poolside, explore the creek or have a hot soak in one of our clawfoot tubs. While our day begins at 10 AM and concludes at 5 PM (lunch at 1 PM), we ask everyone to plan to participate in the core of our day together from 11am-4pm. If you have a need for a special arrival or departure time, please let us know and we can arrange how best to meet your needs while attending to the flow of the day.
THINGS TO BRING: Bring your checkbook or cash for donations! Also your swimsuit and towel if you plan to soak or swim, a reusable water bottle, comfortable walking shoes, and perhaps a hat and sunglasses! Also bring along friends! Feel free to extend this invitation to any who are also keenly interested in supporting or becoming a part of what we're doing!
