SOUP 2019 Proposal Form
What is SOUP? Originating in Detroit, SOUP events are now held all over the country as a way to fund creative projects. The event generates funding for micro grants (usually $1000) and helps develop partnerships between applicants and the region. Proposals must show a distinct benefit to the Downtown Farmville district.
