WEDDING MARKET DATE & LOCATION:
Sunday March 22nd, 2020
Clifton Mansion in Baltimore!

TIMES:
9:00am-12:00pm for vendor setup
12:00-4:00 for guests
4:00-5:30 for cleanup

COSTS:
Styled Scene Vendor: Dependent on Allocated Space
Market Vendors: $50
Hosting a Workshop: Additional $30

VENDOR TIER DESCRIPTIONS:

STYLED WEDDING SCENE TEAM:
This wedding showcase is going to be different from most wedding markets/shows. There will be various high end styled scenes that people can walk through and experience what their wedding could be with an expert vendor team. We encourage you to gather a team and apply as one large group (the pricing is based on a team pricing NOT individual). Teams should have a maximum of 10 members, if more than 10 vendors are on a team there will be an additional $50 per extra vendor.

CATERING - If you have a caterer that you absolutely love and want to work with, please add them to your team! This is a completely optional vendor to list. Please note: Clifton only has 1 kitchen, so any caterer involved will need to either work on small bites that can be heated, or bring a different cooking source. We'll reach out to both you and the listed caterer with venue kitchen specifics if accepted.

There will be 5 large spaces and a couple smaller install areas to create a truly showstopping experience for couples. If you are interested in applying to create a scene or install for those smaller spaces, please fill out the specific section on what you would provide (coordination, florals, rentals, fashion pieces, dessert, decor elements, etc.).

MARKET VENDORS:
Because time is limited for the demos, and space is limited for styled scene room vendors, we will also be accepting makers to sell their handcrafted goods at tables and wedding vendors to display their work and chat with perspective couples in a more traditional market/showcase setting.

MINI-WORKSHOP HOSTS:
We will be accepting a limited number of Makers to host 15-30 minute mini workshop demos (where guests can leave with a small version of your craft). If you're interested in hosting a mini workshop, there is a space in the application where you can get more information!


We encourage you to also share details about any workshops or events you may have coming up! We ask that you provide your own table/booth setup (everything should be self-supported), and we will provide additional details once selected.


Submitted application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications are due by January 24th, 2020, and all vendors will be notified by email if they have been accepted by February 1st, 2020.
