PLEASE READ ALL OF THE OPTIONS BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM! There are several different options available for sending or requesting a copy of your transcript. If a printed transcript is being ordered, it will need to be picked up in the counselor's office before or after school. Please allow at least 5-7 working days for your request to be completed.

Each school year transcripts are updated two times. First semester grades are posted to transcripts in January. That is considered a mid-year transcript. Mid-year transcripts will be available in the middle of January OR after Valedictorian & Salutatorian are announced-whichever comes first. Second semester grades are posted to transcripts in June. That is considered a final transcript. Final transcripts will be available in the Middle of June. *

If you are a HCHS graduate within the past 3 years, please list your graduation year. 

If you graduated longer than 3 years ago please visit hcbe.net > community > transcripts > click on the graduate icon in the top left margin. You will need to order your transcript from our Records Department.
You can receive a confirmation by text once your order is complete by providing a cell number below.
Your transcript will be sent to in-state colleges electronically through GAFutures. Please list the in-state college(s) of your choice below.   If you are applying for colleges through Common App, your counselor will upload your transcript. You do NOT need to order an additional copy be sent. 
If you are considering a college that is out of state, you will order a printed official transcript that YOU, the student, will need to mail. Please list below the NUMBER of printed official transcripts you are requesting.   If you are applying for colleges through Common App, your counselor will upload your transcript. You do NOT need to order an additional copy be sent. 
Printed unofficial transcripts may be ordered for personal use. Please list below the NUMBER of unofficial transcripts you would like to order.
