Data Errata Form: User Identified Issues in Pangeo's CMIP6 Google Cloud Collection

- Here we will crowd-source the identification of CMIP6 data issues in the Google Cloud CMIP6 data.
- Specifically, we want to document small issues which we will either 1) try to fix ourselves before uploading to the Pangeo CMIP6 Data Storage, 2) try fix using pre-processing to `intake-esm` or 3) Avoid serving the affected data.
- If you are an institution, please use the ES-DOC errata pages - we monitor these issues directly.
