16. VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDITIONS

Please read and agree to the following: 
• All volunteers are covered under our
  Volunteer Insurance Policy 
• Appropriate footwear must be worn at all
  times in the workshop, NO bare feet. Stay
  safe, take care 
• No smoking, cigarettes or vapes allowed in
  workshops or work area including on site.
• Illegal substances will not be tolerated.
• No alcohol during working hours 
• The lantern workshop is a SAFE and
  HARMONIOUS environment, everyone is
  welcome, so respect other volunteers and
  the workshop space too – no sexual
  harassment or bullying please
