Job Description : • Technical Support Engineer , provides on-site or virtual Technical support services in a business environments. • Role includes providing hands-on hardware Network and Software Support.• The other duties Includes training the end user when new software or IT regulations come to a company, or implementing new strategies and making users comfortable with the technology. Responsibility in Brief: • Install, upgrade, support and Windows 10 / Linux and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications. • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment. • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment. • Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment, • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards , • Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements
