Thank you for your interest in the SAEMS scholarship, offered for continuing University of Arizona students seeking careers in Environmental, Health & Safety fields and continuing to attend UA during the 2026-2027 academic year. The application period has concluded at this time. Applications will be reviewed by the SAEMS Education Committee soon after.

Winners will be contacted no later than late July 2025. Winners will be expected to send a thank you letter as well as brief personal statement to SAEMS, as well as attend an upcoming SAEMS luncheon meeting (in person or virtually as applicable) to introduce themselves to the membership and sponsors, and briefly share their academic and professional experience and goals. Winners will also receive a free invitation to the annual RCRA Seminar on August 13th, 2026.

Scholarships are allocated at the sole discretion of SAEMS, and are awarded through the University of Arizona Foundation through the winners' Bursar's Account.
