COVID-19 Library Survey
In order to tailor our customer service and safety provisions here at the Vicksburg District Library during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are kindly asking our patrons to fill out the following survey. We will be using these results to improve our services and facilities in the future. Please check one response for each question.

1. I am aware of the safety measures put in place by the Vicksburg District Library since it reopened to the public in June 2020. This includes, but is not limited to, implementing Executive Order 2020-147 (The Mandatory Mask Mandate), implementing social distancing measures, and disinfecting areas patrons have used (such as computers, chairs, and tables) after they have exited the building. *

2. I am aware that some services, such as periodicals and usage of the Meeting Room, are limited and/or not available at this time at the Vicksburg District Library due to the COVID-19 pandemic. *

I am aware that this causes a delay in checking in items, but all discrepancies are corrected by the Library following the quarantine period.
