Thank you for your interest in registering a club at James Hubert Blake High School. Below you will find the information necessary for starting or renewing a club. Please read until the end and then complete the form below.
Meetings:
- A sponsor must be present at all meetings.
-The location and time of your meeting should be shared in the form below so that interested students know where to go to participate.
Finances:- Club sponsors (not students) are responsible for handling any account funds and must complete any paperwork for club events, fundraisers, activities, etc.
-Sponsors must communicate with
SANDY MANTUA ahead of time if you are planning any event or fundraiser!
Other Information:-The School Administration have the right to revoke a club's charter if any activity is deemed inappropriate for school.
- Every club must have a sponsor who is able to attend ALL meetings and ALL events.
- If at any point throughout the year, you are facing issues or your sponsor cannot continue, please inform
Jennifer Fribush & Elizabeth Yargici-Cooper (ECA Directors). Students must find a new sponsor for their club to continue.
ROSTERS: Club leaders and sponsors should keep a running list of active club members. This list should include every student's student ID number. Students will register themselves for clubs in which they are participating and sponsors will be asked to review and modify the list throughout the year.
Affirmation:
By applying to register a club below, you affirm that you agree to all the following terms. If these terms are not met, your club charter will be revoked. Once you agree, you will be directed to the club application form. If you do not agree, your club will NOT be considered.
