Covid Membership Credit Request
Saratoga Health and Wellness has finally re-opened and it’s time to take care of any membership credits and clean up our accounting. In total we were closed for a little over 5 months (3/17/20 - 8/23/20) and we can’t believe it!
Below, please review the available credit options for any time owed due to the Covid closure. Please keep in mind that your membership may still be current and that we will be carefully cleaning up individual memberships over the coming months.
Are you in a position to waive your credit either partially or fully?
If you’re in a position to be flexible with your membership extension we really appreciate it, but rest assured your satisfaction is our top priority.
Can you keep your membership current?
Keeping your membership current will enable us to spread out any requested credits to our entire membership base over a longer period of time, while also allowing us to realize some immediate cash-flow and a more predictable revenue stream going forward. If that's possible it would be a huge help for us.
Please take a look at the options presented below. We understand that not all of you will rush back to Saratoga Health and Wellness immediately, and that’s OK. Nonetheless, it’s important for us to provide you with your credit options and get this process underway.
OPTION 1 - I’ll keep current with my membership and WAIVE any credit due to me as a result of the COVID closure. I’ll consider this a donation to SHW
OPTION 2 - I’ll keep current with my membership BUT I’d like SOME CREDIT. I agree to a membership extension applied to the back-end of my renewal and I'll indicate how much credit using the scale below.
OPTION 3 - I’d like an immediate credit for my membership (upon my return) by adding time to my current expiration date. I'll indicate how much credit using the scale below. I understand that NO PAYMENT IS DUE NOW..
