**Terms of Service**

1. Must be specific as to what you want

2. Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only (UNLESS discussed  otherwise for things such as album covers, logos etc., which will require a commercial use license purchase)

3. I reserve the right to use the artwork for my portfolio and promotion purposes. However, if you want it to be private, let me know beforehand!

4. Turnaround completion time will be around 1-3 weeks (depending on complexity, personal matters, work, etc.) A deadline will be discussed and agreed upon 

5. Rush orders will be an extra $15

6. I have the right to decline a commission  

7. No refunds (unless I fail to finish the drawing by the date we agreed on) then you are entitled to a refund. 

8. DO NOT remove or crop my watermark (again, unless we’ve come to an agreement for commercial use) 

9. DO NOT edit, alter, or claim my artwork as your own

Work Process & Payment 

I will be using Square (or Squareup) to accept payments 

1. If I accept your commission I’ll email you with any further questions, just to make sure I completely understand what you want 

2. Once it’s understood, I will send an invoice to your email where you will pay the FULL amount agreed on 

3. I will then send a sketch, you can make up to 3 adjustments 

4. Finished product will be sent through email as a PNG/JPEG file
