2024 Carolina TESOL Conference Exhibitor Application
Thank you for considering participation in our annual conference as an exhibitor. This year's SETESOL Fall Conference will be held October 28-30, 2024 in Myrtle Beach, SC at Hilton's Oceanfront Resort in Kingston Plantation. The conference will begin at 9:00 am on October 28, 2024. We are in discussions with the hotel as to the possibility of allowing late afternoon set-up on October 27, 2024. Refer to the Exhibitor Packages flyer for details on pricing options. 

The deadline to submit the Exhibitor Application is May 18, 2024. The Conference Committee will notify all Exhibitor applicants of their acceptance or denial on  May 31, 2024. At that time, you will receive instructions on paying for your Exhibitor Package and Add-Ons. The deadline for Exhibitors to register and pay for package choices is Friday, August 16, 2024.
