Levitt AMP Galva Music Series Role descriptions

- Audience count: Count all persons in your assigned area using a manual counter. Assist in other areas as assigned (Setup/teardown, playground safety, 50/50 raffle).

- Setup/teardown/cleanup: Possible duties include setting and tearing down of up tents, tables, and stage and trash clean up.

- Hospitality:
  -- Green room: Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks for bands according to rider/general guidelines.
  -- Backstage: Greet bands and walk to green room. Sell merchandise for band(s), as requested. Ensure cold water and clean towels are available near stage. Help band unload/load. Prevent audience from coming backstage.

- Sound/lighting/stage: Setup and operation of sound and lighting equipment to include live mix, monitor mix, speaker, cabling, and mic setup and teardown.

- Handicap and assistance (Golf cart/ATV  and step stool required): Transport those needing assistance from their vehicle to their seat. Assist with loading/unloading of handicap vans/buses.
