Hashtag Academy: Series 3' - Application Form
Please answer the questions below in order to apply to be part of Hashtag Academy: Series 3. We will be contacting selected applicants soon and inviting them to our trials. If you have game footage to include with your application such as a video please include a YouTube link to it in the relevant section below. All of your personal information will be kept private. Please answer all of the questions truthfully and only apply if you are prepared to sign for Hashtag United for the 21/22 season. You must be able to travel to ESSEX 3 times a week for training/games. Winners of both men and women's side will receive a paid contract with the club worth up to £6,000. Good luck!
