In the "Announcement to be Posted" section, please include either the suspension notice or in the case of a virtual meeting, a link to the platform you are using (like Zoom, WebEx or GotoMeeting) along with a meeting ID, telephone number, and host number (if different members will be initiating the virtual meeting).
