2026 Porchfest Host Form
All sign-up forms MUST be submitted by Friday, April 17th at 5:00 pm.

Sets are 45 minutes, unless otherwise agreed upon by the host, the band, and the Porchfest committee.

As a Porchfest host, you agree to host a local musician and/or band on your porch on Saturday, May 16th, between 1:00pm and 6:00pm.

Host responsibilities include:
- Having the permission of the homeowner.
- Assisting musicians/bands with setup on your porch.
- Remaining available for the duration of your host time.
- Encouraging participants to stay on lawns/driveways and out of the street.
- Participating rain or shine.

And most importantly,
- Notifying your neighbors of your participation in the event.

It is important that they also register as well on the Band Form.

You will receive your band match information via email by Friday, May 1st.
