If you’re reading this, it must mean you’re curious about the rental process at Grand Park. This guide is to help you think through the events you have in mind. Anything from a wedding, a music festival, your grandmother’s retirement party, a corporate picnic, or any other event outside of park produced events could potentially be a Grand Park Rental.
The Grand Park rentals team is processing each inquiry to make sure approved events are set up for success. Not all rental inquiries can be accommodated. The team takes into consideration calendar availability, the nature of event, and the event’s security needs along with the overall impact on the park.
We ask that you submit the completed form below no later than 60 days before the date of your planned event. Event Inquiries submitted less than 30 days prior to the event are not subject to consideration.
Please answer all the questions to the best of your ability and allow up to 14 business days for a response. Submissions received earlier than 11 months prior to the event date are not subject to review.
