If you’re reading this, it must mean you’re curious about the rental process at Grand Park. This guide is to help you think through the events you have in mind. (For additional information on events at Grand Park, please refer to our FAQ sheet found on the previous page www.grandparkla.org/contact )

Anything from a wedding, a music festival, your grandmother’s retirement party, a corporate picnic, or any other event outside of park produced events could potentially be a Grand Park Rental.

The Grand Park rentals team is processing each inquiry to make sure approved events are set up for success. Not all rental inquiries can be accommodated. The team takes into consideration calendar availability, the nature of event, and the event’s security needs along with the overall impact on the park.

We ask that you submit the completed form below no later than 60 days before the date of your planned event. Event Inquiries submitted less than 30 days prior to the event are not subject to consideration.

Please answer all the questions to the best of your ability and allow up to 14 business days for a response. Submissions received earlier than 11 months prior to the event date are not subject to review.

Grand Park is a 12-acre public park in the heart of downtown’s cultural and civic center, stretching from The Music Center on the west to City Hall on the east. One of the largest parks in Los Angeles County, Grand Park spans from Grand Avenue to Spring Street and features four blocks, each of which includes distinctive amenities described below:
PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in renting just a section of the park, the rentals team will help you privatize this section, however, the rest of the park will need to remain open to public use. Due to the park's large footprint, it is possible to have simultaneous events occurring at the same time. Grand Park reserves the right to accommodate events on the same day and at the same time in other areas of the park.
