ETSW members have priority access to training spaces. Any remaining spaces may be offered to non-members no earlier than 14 days before the training date.

For junior members or riders under 18 years of age, please state the name of the supervising adult.  
Riders are responsible for informing the trainer at the commencement of training of any injuries, medical conditions, or horse-related concerns. *
All horses and ponies attending training are required to be vaccinated against equine influenza. Riders are responsible for ensuring compliance with the training venue’s influenza vaccination rules. Horse passports must accompany the horse or pony and must be produced upon request. *
Payment for training is by bank transfer only and must be made as soon as possible, prior to the training date. No cash or cheques accepted.   *
CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund will be issued if cancellation notice is received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the clinic date, less a £2 administration fee

If fourteen (14) days’ notice or fewer is given, refunds (less the £2 administration fee) or payment transfers will only be offered if event costs are covered by another booking.

If a booking is confirmed but payment has not been received, the above cancellation terms will still apply, and cancellation fees or full payment may still be required.
No refunds will be issued to anyone who misses their event due to lateness or getting lost. All venue locations are available on the ETSW website.
