Priority over training spaces goes to ETSW members, non members may only be offered spaces 14 days before a training date

At the start of training please inform the trainer if you have any injuries, medical conditions or horse issues that they should be aware of. *
All horses and ponies attending training should be flu vaccinated.  It is the riders responsibility to ensure that when attending training their horse/pony adhere to the TRAINING VENUE flu vaccination rules.  Passports should always be carried with the horse/pony and may be asked to be shown. *
Training Payments is by bank transfer and must be made as soon as possible and before the training date.  No cash on the day (Cheques not accepted) *
CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund will be made if cancellation notice is given with more than fourteen days notice prior to clinic less £2 administration fee
If 14 days or less notice is given refunds (minus £2 administration fee) will be only be given if costs are covered with another booking.
If payment is not received - The above applies and cancellation fee or training payment will be asked for.
