Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax reporting and remittance.

Vendors must provide their own canopies, tents, tables, etc for their booths. All fees are non-refundable. 

Westside Community Church, its yard sale/missions committee, organizational members and associates, and all volunteers are not liable for any damages to person or property, or loss of any kind.

Please indicate the number of booths you are reserving. Those who have already paid for a spot at Westside for the 127 Yard Sale are asked to make a love offering in lieu of a vendor fee. (This applies for one (1) Community Yard Sale space, additional spaces will require the $25 booth fee).

“Haul off Service”


Westside volunteers will be offering a “haul-off” service for unsold items that vendors would like to donate. These items will be donated to Westside Community Church Ministry Team, Hustonville Baptist community pantry, and the remaining items will go to Goodwill. Electronics and furniture are not permitted. WCC reserved the right to refuse any items in the “haul off” that volunteers deem unsanitary, dangerous, or that cannot be safely hauled. 


“Haul off” items must be sorted and loaded onto the trailer by 4 PM. Vendors are responsible for sorting and loading their own items onto the trailer in the designated sections. There will be one load being taken via truck and trailer. Once that load is full we cannot accept any more leftover items. Vendors are not permitted to leave items behind other than what was donated to the trailer. Vendors are NOT permitted to use the dumpster for leftover yard sale items. 

I will not hold the Westside Community Church, Inc. responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. I understand there is no security provided day or night on the premises. 

I understand that the Westside Community Yard Sale will take place rain or shine and that all fees are non-refundable. 

Booth set-up begins Saturday at 7 AM

All booths must be broken down and leave the premises by 4:30 PM

I will not bring items to sell in my booth that are dangerous, or of inappropriate nature.

Clothing for sale in my booth will be laundered and clean as possible. 

Mattresses are not permitted to be sold at the Community Yard Sale

The above named VENDOR agrees to defend, protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the WESTSIDE COMMUNITY CHURCH, its members and associates against and from  all claims arising from the negligence or fault of the above named VENDOR or any of its agents, family members, church members, volunteers, helpers, partners, organizational members, or associates in connection with the operations of the booth rented by the above named VENDOR during the 2025 Highway 127 Yard Sale. If and only if the VENDOR fails to comply with the above paragraph, then the VENDOR agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless, and fully indemnify Westside Community Church, its yard sale/missions committee, organizational members and associates from any claim or cause of action whatsoever which takes place during the above identified DATE(S) OF BOOTH RENTAL that is brought against Westside Community Church, its yard sale/missions committee, organizational members and associates by the above named VENDOR or its employees, or agents or the negligence of any other individual or organization not a party to this agreement. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance thereof, shall continue in full legal force and effect.
