Simon and Leon will give you all the skills you need to produce 100 portions of your dish at a public event. They will work alongside you all the way making it an extraordinary experience

Beyond Food Foundation and Brigade Bar+Kitchen have been in The Fire Station on Tooley Street for over a decade. Brigade is a social enterprise restaurant that cooks with live fire and smokes produce on site. Together we have helped over 7000 individuals whose lives have unraveled regain confidence and independence, we have also supported over 2000 people to gain professional skills, which have taken many on to work in the hospitality industry!
