2025 Panelist Application
Please carefully complete the application below to be considered for hosting a panel, workshop, or live event at Volume 1 of Once Upon a Con, happening August 14th - 17th, 2025!

Applications will close February 1st, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Submissions will not be accepted after March 1st, 2025. All panels that have been selected for Once Upon A Con will be notified via email by late April. If you have not been provided an official invitation email by then, you have not been selected. Each panelist and co-panelist(s) will receive a General Admission pass to the event.
