Case Proposal: "Making Your Consulting Case" competition and  JCRI special issue. 
Thank you for your interest in the "Making Your Consulting Case" competition and JCRI special issue.  To assist you with this journey, we are offering a webinar, lead by Julia Ivy, the Chair of the WCA competiton and the  JCRI special issue editor. Julia will highlight the nature, structure, tips, and examples for your submission -- the COMPANY CASE & CONSULTING REPORT.

Please submit your CASE PROPOSAL below. The goal of the case proposal is for you to clarify your focus and to synchronize the idea of the consulting case with your own professional core.

Also, elucidate your professional core: The scope of challenges and companies you are interested in working with.
CLIENT: Consulting case must be conducted for a real company and a real client if you want this to become an investment in your employability in the industry.

CHALLENGE:  The consulting case should be built around the challenge  that requires a decision. Please describe the challenge and how you think to appraoch it: 

a.       Who is a key decision maker (a person, a group)?

b.       What decision is to be made?

c.       Where is the challenge located (organization, department, country)?

d.      Why is it a problem for the company/client? Why is it important?

e.       What concepts/frameworks do you plan to apply to analyze the case and justify your recommendations?

DATA: What sources of data do you plan to use for collecting information about the company, industry, or local specifics?
