Teams
You can come to the tournament as teams of 1 - 3 (if you are just coming yourself that would simply be a team of 1). Students compete in teams for the team and puzzle round. If you do decide to compete in a team with other students, PLEASE MAKE SURE A COPY OF THIS FORM IS FILLED OUT FOR EACH STUDENT

Note that the puzzle and team round are designed for 3 people to complete together and so teams of smaller sizes would be at an disadvantage. We can do our best to find other individuals if you do not have a full team but we highly encourage students to find friends to form full teams of 3.
Other team members info (FULL name, school)
I am signing up as an individual and I would like to be assigned a team with two other such individuals randomly.
