SHIELD offers a variety of trainings, workshops, and presentations on topics related to child abuse and trauma. For example, we have presented age-appropriate content that meets the Erin's Law mandate to students at several school assemblies. We have also held trauma-informed trainings for teachers, counselors, and other professionals who work with children, as well as training related to recognizing, reporting, and responding to abuse.
