The Global Leadership Pipeline aims to diversify the Global Leadership landscape for young Black men by creating access to opportunities and information in international experience and global leadership development. The program aims is to increase the number of Black males who study abroad (undergraduate and graduate), participate in international fellowship programs, and/or obtain global leadership opportunities.
