Picnic Pricing

The Luxe Picnic experience starts at $190 for a two-person picnic for 2 hours. Each additional guest is $10 per person. Each additional hour is $50 per hour. Kids picnics start at $149 for 2 hours. Each event includes:

Contactless delivery, set up & clean up
Favor Me's style decor
Picnic tables
Table runner
Tableware
Assorted floor cushions
Faux floral arrangement
Hand Sanitizer

Cancellation Policy:
We do not issue refunds once your payment has been paid. However, we understand life happens. In the event you need to reschedule your picnic to an alternative date and time please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Weather Policy:
We understand how unpredictable the weather can be in Colorado! Please keep an eye on the forecast a few days leading up to your picnic. If it’s looking like there is a high chance of rain, just let us know if you would be more comfortable rescheduling for another day. If the weather takes a turn for the worse on the day of, we will communicate with you ASAP if we believe it’s unsafe to host an outdoor picnic that day. Rescheduling will only be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions within 60 days of the original booking.

Rainy Day Alternatives:
If you have a special event and need to host it on a rainy day, we advise to host at an indoor event space. You can also bring the party indoors to your living room! We will make sure your party is just as luxurious and beautiful indoors as it is outdoors.

Loss and Damage Disclaimer:
Let us know if something breaks or gets damaged during your picnic. We understand things happen, but we don’t want to injure ourselves cleaning up due to broken glass, splintered wood, etc. Please be careful and considerate of our décor during your picnic! If any loss or damages to the equipment or inventory occurs during your picnic, the client will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within five (5) days of the event and presented in a separate invoice payable within 10 days.
