At Fairgrounds we pride ourselves on the diversity and quality of food available, making sure we include quality dishes for all tastes and dietary needs. We are keen to develop long-term working relationships with our providores.

Where possible they are local cooks, bakers and chefs who lovingly prepare their goods ideally using local, farm-fresh ingredients. If you feel that you can add to this dedicated team then we’d love to hear more about you and what you do.
