#PJSA2018 conference proposal
Please complete the following form in order to submit a proposal to the 2018 conference of the Peace and Justice Studies Association, to be held September 28-30 at Arcadia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The complete Call for Papers can be found seen here (https://goo.gl/cxvovC) and at PJSA's website (https://www.peacejusticestudies.org/), and questions may be sent to info@peacejusticestudies.org.

Individuals are welcome to submit multiple proposals, but in order to facilitate scheduling and maximize participation from a diverse population, the conference committee will limit individuals to two presentations/panels each. Please note, individuals are welcome to chair multiple sessions but can only be the speaker in two scheduled panels/workshops/discussions/ etc.

Please submit your proposal here by April 15, 2018. Participants will be informed of the committee’s decision by June. If you require an expedited review of your submission for funding/visa or other needs, please let us know. All presenters will have to register for the conference by September 1, 2018, in order to be scheduled.

NOTE: At the request of our members, we have extended the Call for Proposal period until 30 April at 11:59pm EST. All proposals received before May Day will be considered,.

Proposal Details
For single papers or presentations, please provide title and 250-500 word abstract. If you mark the proposal as a 'paper' there is an expectation that this will be made available to your co-panelists by September 1, 2018.

For panels, panel chair should submit one inclusive proposal including 3-5 abstracts, titles and name/affiliation/email for all presenters.

For roundtables and workshops, please provide a description of the session, a 4-6 sentence plan for participant engagement, and name/affiliation/email for all presenters.

For films and other creative works, please provide a description, and information on presenters. Please also indicate if you require non-traditional audio/visual or space needs.
