Dear Families,
We are writing to follow up with you so that you may indicate whether you would like your scholar(s) to attend school in the fall with our new hybrid model of in person and virtual learning, or if you plan to send your child to school fully virtually. Please complete this short survey by August 7th. The information provided here will be used to inform our class scheduling, so that we know how many scholars we can expect and accommodate in-person. Once you indicate your preference, we request that you keep that preference at least through Trimester 1. Having said this, if you initially decide on the in-person hybrid option and would like to shift to the all-virtual option, you may do so by informing your school leader at any point in the trimester.

Les escribimos para que pueda indicar si su(s) estudiante(s) asistirá a la escuela este otoño con nuestro modelo por forma híbrida, que significa que su estudiante asiste en persona y virtual. Por favor, tome esta encuesta breve antes del 7 de agosto. Utilizamos la información proveída para informar a nuestro horario escolar y para saber cuántos estudiantes esperaremos que van a asistir en persona. Cuando ha indicado esta preferencia, pedimos que síguelo por todo del trimestre 1. Pero, si decidiste inicialmente en el modelo por forma híbrida en persona y quiere cambiar al opción completamente virtual, podría avisar al director/a de su escuela en cualquier momento.
