It is important to us that our client’s enjoy their time at Jane’s Place. To help us meet your requirements as best as we can, please complete the booking form, providing as much detail as possible. Once complete, you will be asked to confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the terms and conditions by clicking the ‘Submit’ button at the end of this page

Once we have received your form and signed copy of the terms, we will advise you within 24 hours if the date is available and if we can accommodate your needs. If you would like to proceed we will ask you to secure your booking with a 50% deposit. Once received, a confirmation email will be sent. We will then look forward to working with you to ensure your event is a success!

    Room Layout & Additional Requirements

    The room is a flexible space and can seat up to 14 comfortably in a circle or 12 around a table. We can set up & clear down chairs & tables for your event - there will be £10 charge for this service. Alternatively the table & chairs can be left stacked in the room for you to arrange & clear down. (Please note, hiring the space includes an additional complimentary 15 minute set up & 15 minute clear down. Any additional time required will be charged at the full hourly rate).
