1. Introduction:
By participating in our Child Sponsorship Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program is designed to provide financial assistance to children in need in Ghana by channeling sponsor contributions directly to their school.
2. Sponsorship Contributions:
a. Sponsors commit to a monthly/annual contribution of [insert amount] to support the education and well-being of the sponsored child.
b. All contributions will be paid directly to the school attended by the sponsored child.
3. Additional Contributions:
a. Sponsors may make one-time donations in addition to their regular sponsorship contributions.

4. Tax-Deductible Contributions:

c. The frequency of updates will be monthly, quarterly or semi-annually, as chosen by the sponsor.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality:
a. Personal information provided by sponsors will be kept confidential.
b. Photos and updates about the sponsored child will be shared with sponsors but will be done in a way that protects the child's privacy and dignity.
7. Duration and Termination:
a. Sponsorship commitments are ongoing until either party decides to terminate the arrangement.
b. Sponsors may terminate their sponsorship by providing notice in writing.
8. Program Changes:
a. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the Child Sponsorship Program as deemed necessary, with reasonable notice provided to sponsors.
10. Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
11. Agreement Acceptance:
By participating in the Child Sponsorship Program, sponsors confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
