This past summer, with support from the Economic Trust of the Southern Interior, we reached out to visitors, residents, and businesses to delve into their transportation habits, explore their preferences for new options, and understand the factors shaping their travel decisions. Through the Inter-Community Transportation Survey, participants evaluated five transportation solutions: Personal Vehicles, Bus, Electric Commuter Rail, Carpooling & Ridesharing, and Vehicle Rentals. Be part of the conversation as the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association unveils the survey results and navigates the future of inter-community transportation in our region.
