Intercollegiate Art Regional: 2020 Entry Form
Saratoga Arts, The Arts Center of the Capital Region, and the Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council present the 120° Intercollegiate Regional, a juried fine art exhibition for students at- tending an accredited College or University located within 120 miles of Saratoga Springs, Troy, or Glens Falls, NY. The exhibition travels to a different host site each year highlighting the best of collegiate art students in the region.

Artwork Entry Information
Please include title, medium, year, and price, taking into consideration the 35% commission received by Saratoga Arts.

All artwork images should be e-mailed to: 120ArtRegional@gmail.com with the subject title "[Your Name] 2020 Submission".
Images should be attached as a JPEG file and titled "Entry #1", "Entry #2", etc. Images of a detail on artwork will be considered as their own entry. Videos must be sent in the same manner and be MAC compatible.

Guidelines (please read carefully)
1. This is a juried exhibition and artwork submissions are not guaranteed to be accepted. Applications must be received by Friday, February 7, 2020. Artists will be notified no later than Friday, February 21, 2020 if their artwork has been accepted. 2. All artworks submitted must be created by the artist. 3. All artists must be currently attending or have graduated no sooner than December 2019 from an accredited College or University located no more than 120 miles of Saratoga Springs, Troy, or Glens Falls, NY. 4. Saratoga Arts receives a 35% commission on all artwork sales. 5. Accepted artwork must be delivered to Saratoga Arts, located at 320 Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY on Saturday, March 21 (11am-5pm) or Monday, March 23 (9am-5pm). 6. Accepted artwork must be picked-up at Saratoga Arts, located at 320 Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY on Monday, April 20 (9am-5pm) or Tuesday, April 21 (9am-5pm). 7. Accepted 2D artwork will arrive to Saratoga Arts framed and ready to hang. 8. All time based artwork that is accepted will arrive to Saratoga Arts will all proper equipment supplied by the artist. 9. Only artwork images that are emailed to 120ArtRegional@gmail.com will be considered for the exhibition. 10. All artwork must remain on display for the duration of the exhibit. 11. By accepting these guidelines, I also give Saratoga Arts, The Arts Center of the Capital Region, and the Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council permission to use photographs of my artwork for publicity, in their newsletters, or on their websites.
