- check in each day using the CERES QR code system (assistance will be provided if you don't have a smart phone)
- wear masks indoors if required

Fees and Dana
Fees for this sesshin are on a sliding scale. The minimum fee will cover event costs if all available places are booked. Larger payments will help cover costs if all sesshin places are not filled, and help support participants in financial hardship.

Please pay what you feel comfortable paying. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact to discuss options.

Full time: $175-$400
Part time (weekend): $120-$250

Fees cover cost of venue and travel (for Subhana and Wayne), and go towards a Melbourne Zen Group honorarium for Subhana. The honorarium is a form of dana that acknowledges our gratitude for Subhana's generous group teaching.

During the sesshin, Subhana and Wayne will also offer participants the gift of personal dokusan. Participants will be invited at the end of the sesshin to complete the circle of mutual generosity by offering Subhana and Wayne personal dana.
Your booking can only be confirmed when the MZG receives payment of either your full fee, or at least $60 deposit.

EFT payment preferred. Cash and Cheque by prior arrangement only.

Please contact to discuss any payment difficulties or special arrangements.

Please use the payment reference Dec-Surname (e.g. "Dec-Aitken")
