CAA Airspace Consultation Response Survey
A quick survey to gauge the number of club members that have submitted a response to the CAA Consultation, or if you have not - why not?
Don't worry if you don't know much (or anything) about it, this survey is for us to find out what information people need to know in order to contribute.
The closing date for submissions is the 3rd of March (for the consultation - not this survey!), this means there is still time to get everyone up to speed and submit our individual responses.
Please find the official DSC Commitee's response here:
The BHPA announcement can be found on page 6 of the latest issue of Skywings.
Our friends at the British Gliding Association (BGA) have introduced the matter here:
And collated their responses here:
Have you responded to the CAA Airspace Consultation?
I have submitted a response.
I intend to respond but have not done so yet.
I have not responded, and I'm undecided as to whether I should do so.
I have not responded.
I do not intend to respond.
If you have not responded:
I was not aware a consultation with airspace users was underway.
I was unaware that individual responses were considered, and thought the DSC response was sufficient (linked in the description above).
I feel unable to properly assess the information and would appreciate guidance from the DSC and other pilots.
I feel able to digest the information in my own time and submit a response before the deadline (3rd of March).
If you haven't yet responded or do not intend to, please provide brief details as to why this is below, or even ask a question and we can find you the answer!
What is your cross-country flight experience?
I do not fly cross-country, but would like to.
I do not fly cross-country, and do not want to.
I often fly, or have flown cross-country.
What is your BHPA qualification Level?
EP (Elementary Pilot)
CP (Club Pilot)
AP (Advanced Pilot)
Send me a copy of my responses.
