1. About the EURORDIS Leadership School
The EURORDIS Leadership School empowers European Patient Advocacy Groups (ePAGs) advocates and other rare disease patient advocates to be valued partners in European Reference Networks (ERNs) and when engaging with healthcare providers and other rare disease stakeholders.
The EURORDIS Leadership School 2021 consists of a series of webinars, taking place from June to November, and an intensive online training, on 5-7 October 2021.
You can find the webinar topics, dates and schedule here:
Expert trainers from across Europe deliver the training webinars and sessions. The topics covered include self-awareness, emotional leadership, communicating with impact, power and influence, conflict resolution and negotiation.
2. Conditions to apply and attend the EURORDIS Leadership School
Commitment: Participants will be required to attend the 5 webinars, taking place from June to November, as well as all the intensive online training sessions, on 5-7 October 2021.
Out of the 5 webinars, a minimum of 4 webinars need to be attended live at the time they are scheduled. The remaining up to 1 webinar needs to be watched as a recording, which can be at a time more convenient for the participant.

If this is not the case, you are still invited to apply for this training. Should you be selected, your organisation will be required to apply to become a member of EURORDIS within 2 weeks of notification of your selection. You can find all information on becoming a member here:
